Redesign OptoPrep website
2019, I initiated and led this project when I was working at Xprep Learning Solutions. OptoPrep is one of their digital education products that targets optometrist students. The original website was outdated with overcrowded information, and the app interface was clumsy and not straightforward.
Working with the product manager, project manager, dev team and reporting to the CEO, I led the team from discovery phase, user research, wireframing, and prototyping. Thanks our skilled team, we were able to deliver the website within 6 months!
