Cerra bought her first house in Utah with her husband in 2022 and started her gardening journey. She failed a lot (killed all the plants), learned and had more success the next year. When she was sharing her produce and resources with the people around her, she thought why not create a platform allowing people to do that?

To confirm the user’s needs, she started with user-centered research and prototyped to test their interests. She did several rounds of wireframing (in Figma) to get MVP build.

Cultivate, is an online farmer’s market where anyone can share or sell their gardening-related products in the neighborhood. Coming soon in 2025!
